Foodie Friday: Potato and Cheddar Cheese Biscuit

This week for Foodie Friday, we're (virtually) heading over to Buttercup Cottage in the United Kingdom Pavilion at Epcot for the Freshly Baked Potato and Cheddar Cheese Biscuit with Smoked Salmon Tartar. Man, was this thing good. I read about it on the Disney Food Blog prior to our trip in March. This biscuit was on my must-try list before the plan even landed. And I was not disappointed! It was rich and buttery, yet light. The sharpness from the cheddar perfectly balanced the smoky, earthy salmon.

Brits, you nailed this one! Cheers! Here's to hoping this biscuit doesn't disappear forever after this week! In fact, I'd love if Buttercup Cottage hung around a while longer so I can try the scones on my next trip!

Biscuit is available at Buttercup Cottage in the United Kingdom Pavilion for the remainder of the Flower and Garden Festival (through May 18). It costs $4.50 or can be purchased with a snack credit.
